We often think life is the way we believe it to be, that our version is the correct version. Even when that version limits us or makes us unhappy, we are adamant that it is true. How sad it is that we hold so fiercely to our interpretation. The mind of a reflective person, one who experiences life through the eyes of meditation, sees that we constantly color our life with our interpretation. Seeing this, she also understands that she has immense power; with awareness, she can choose how her reality looks. Such meditators watch closely their thoughts, emotions, words, and actions. Then, they change them. With these changes, their lives take on new meaning and turn in new, inspiring directions. They belong here, in the changeable fabric of being, at home in this natural world.
This meditation meets outdoors to allow the natural earth to give the heart direction and to inspire us to find new hope hidden in plain sight.
