To keep the heart loving and the mind bright takes regular and ongoing dedication. Meditation is the sweetest form of dedication; it is a promise to love oneself and to love the world. All are invited to extend this love through a promise to meditate 100 times this year. To support this, for the remainder of 2018 we will offer five days a week of silent sitting, 20 minutes per session. Please do come and join us to start the day in soothing and revitalizing quiet.
